GUEST SMART BRACELET
A smart bracelet is given to each guest when they check-in and returned when they check-out. The bracelet gives the guests a seamless, integrated and personal experience during their stay.
The smart bracelet assists with indoor and outdoor location at the resort or hotel. Location plays a huge role in various functionalities that can personalise the experience for the guest, for example wayfinding, being greeted by name when entering their room, or being sent personalised specials when in certain areas of the resort / hotel. Understanding a guest’s preferences and patterns can be greatly beneficial to the resort / hotel to give guests a more personalised experience.
Parents will also be able to relax, knowing they can check on their phone where their child is within the resort / hotel.
The smart bracelet allows guests access to restricted areas, ie unlocking their room door, entrance to an event, etc.
The smart bracelet is connected to a wallet system so guests can pay at the various resort / hotel facilities without having to worry about carrying their wallet around. Parents can also load money onto their child’s wallet linked to their bracelet so the child can have a budget to spend at resort / hotel facilities without having to carry cash around or constantly having to run back to their parent nagging them for money for this and that.
Safe Zones offer a branded app for hotel and resort groups that will automatically detect which hotel or resort the guest is visiting and will load the appropriate data for that specific hotel / resort.

Events and entertainment calendar where guests can set reminders for events they are interested in.
Directory of attractions nearby as well as nearest pharmacy, hospital, doctor, etc
For group events, the app provides a dedicated portal featuring schedules for the group, speaker/event profiles, notifications, etc.
Safe Zone venues will become a destination of choice, as it will be seen as the safer, more personalised option.
We provide user profile and behaviour analytics as well as incident hotspot data, which could be valuable for marketing and security strategies.
The control room will have a system to see where their guards are within the hotel / resort to better utilise resources.
